Tropical Glitz Candy Basecoats are manufactured using top-quality ingredients with the perfect blend of premium pigments to achieve that vibrant candy appearance you desire. Your choice of ground coat plays a crucial role in the final outcome. Opting for black primer/basecoat yields a deeper, richer color, while a light grey or white primer/basecoat delivers a lighter, brighter look.
